1. Course Registration & Access

  • After purchasing a course, please allow up to 24 hours for registration and access to be processed.

  • Access details will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company.

  • All approved refunds are subject to a $45.00 administration fee.

  • Once course access has been provided, refunds may not be granted except in exceptional circumstances.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including text, graphics, videos, and documents, are the intellectual property of Protection Security Investigations.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Unauthorized access, misuse, or distribution of course materials may result in termination of access without refund.
